Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong React engineering skills with excellent product thinking.

You will work directly with Product, Design and Backend Engineering to design and build customer experiences across web and mobile payment products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems as much as writing code.

Responsibilities

Product Development

Build customer-facing products including:

• Merchant Portal

• Consumer Wallet

• Payment Gateway

• Admin Portal

• Dashboard

• Settlement Portal

• QR Payments

• SoftPOS

Required Skills

3+ years building production web applications.

Strong experience with:

• React

• Next.js

• TypeScript

• JavaScript

• HTML

• CSS

• TailwindCSS

Experience consuming APIs.

Comfort working with Java backend teams.

Experience using:

• Git

• Figma

• Jira

• Postman

Product Skills

Ability to:

• Understand user problems

• Translate business requirements

• Improve user experience

• Prototype ideas

• Think commercially

• Prioritise features

Nice to Have

Experience in:

• Payments

• Banking

• Fintech

Within your first six months you will:

• Ship production-ready payment experiences.
